# Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply to your use of shapemycareer.com, which is run by IMLeverage, LLC dba ShapeMyCareer.com ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## What we are

We are a free information and referral service. We are not a school, college or training provider, and we do not make admission, financial aid or hiring decisions. Not all schools are listed and schools are not ranked. Nothing on this site is career, legal, tax or financial advice.

## Our partners

The schools and training providers we introduce are independent businesses. We do not control their services, availability, prices or results, and we do not guarantee that any partner is right for you. Schools and training providers may pay us when they enroll or are contacted by someone we introduce; you are never charged by us. Do your own research and decide for yourself.

## Information on this site

Pay, program length, cost and financial aid vary by school, state and person; financial aid is for those who qualify. Figures on our pages are typical ranges or estimates, not quotes or promises. Confirm details directly with the provider or agency.

## When you submit the form

Please give accurate information and only your own number, or the number of someone who has agreed to be contacted. By submitting the form with the consent box checked you agree to be contacted as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://shapemycareer.com/privacy/).

## Using the site

Use it lawfully. Do not copy it in bulk, probe or attack it, submit false or other people's information, or use automated means to send requests through our forms.

## Ownership

The name, logo, design and text of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use.

## Links to other sites

We link to government and other sites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

## No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any partner, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

## Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version posted here applies.
